These are the simple terms that govern your use of the Tripcrafty iOS app. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Your data is yours
We don't claim ownership of trips, photos, lists, or any content you create in the app. You can export your data at any time via Settings → Export My Data.
Marketplace listings
When you publish a trip to the community marketplace, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to view + duplicate it as a starting point for their own trip. You can withdraw any listing at any time.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, don't show ads, don't run third-party analytics. We don't make travel bookings on your behalf — Tripcrafty is a planner, not a travel agent. Bookings happen wherever you book.
Service availability
The app runs on your device + your iCloud. If iCloud is having a bad day, sync will be slow. We do our best, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Changes
If we materially change these terms we'll post the update here and flag it on next app launch.
